Coaching with the help of Hogan Assessments

Occasionally I use Hogan Assessments in my coaching sessions. Hogan Assessments is a leading provider of state-of-the-art, evidence-based, validated and scientifically sound personality assessments, which are based on solid research in the field of personality psychology. These personality procedures help employees, managers and organisations to realise their potential and to become more successful.

Hogan assessments predict job performance when using personal strengths, behaviour under stress and pressure and personal motives, values and preferences. The interpretation of Hogan assessment data can help to forecast performance in the workplace and behavior in organisations; especially in the context of personnel development and personnel selection decisions. For instance, in the context of executive and leadership coaching Hogan assessments aim to strengthen self-awareness and to create development goals in order to optimise effective leadership.

Coaching with the help of LINC Personality Tests

I also use LINC personality tests in my coaching sessions on a case-by-case basis. LINC offers personality tests based on the big five. A particularly unique feature of LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) is the holistic and at the same time differentiated presentation of the personality structure with a very high degree of acceptance and practical suitability.

LPP provides clarity with regards to character traits, motives and skills; i.e. what you are particularly good at. It is possible to get in-depth profiles by comparison with important parameters, e.g. on the subject of leadership, stress or sales. Also you will find different variants of the LPP. For example, personnel selection (CANDIDATE CHECK), management development/360 degree feedback (FREMDEINSCHÄTZUNG) or conflict management (PARTNER CHECK).
